These Terms govern your purchase and use of PawPlot. By purchasing or using PawPlot, you agree to them.

The product

PawPlot is creative-planning software for pet short-form videos. The lifetime plan includes access to the curated concept library and planner features described on the product page. Results depend on the information entered and the third-party video tool used.

Licence

One purchase grants one buyer a personal, non-transferable licence to use PawPlot concepts and prompts for personal or commercial social content and client work. You may monetize videos you create from the prompts.

Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, copy, sublicense, share access to or create a competing product from the PawPlot planner, source files, concept library or brand assets. You may not use PawPlot for illegal, harmful, deceptive or rights-infringing content.

Access and availability

Private access is provided to the approved account email supplied by the buyer. Lifetime access means access for the original purchaser while PawPlot remains operated and these Terms are followed. We may update, maintain or temporarily interrupt the service.

Third-party services

PawPlot is independent and is not affiliated with the named social, AI video or entertainment platforms. Buyers are responsible for following the rules and commercial-use terms of any third-party tool they use.

Disclaimer and liability

PawPlot provides creative-planning assistance and does not guarantee views, followers, revenue or specific video-generation results. To the extent permitted by law, PawPlot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the product.
