Refund Policy

Fourteen-day refund period

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing support@pawplot.site with the purchase email and order details. If a refund is issued, private planner access will be removed.

Access or technical problems

If you cannot access the product, contact support first so we can resolve the issue. If access cannot be provided as described, you may request a refund.

Customized prompt packs

The optional customized 500-prompt pack may be refunded before customization work begins. Once customization has started or the pack has been delivered, it is not refundable except where required by law or where the delivered product is materially defective.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your financial institution. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
